Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss und zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Grundlagen der Rechnungslegung

Der Jahresabschluss der Instant Solutions Ltd. & Co. KG wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Gesellschaft gemäß §§ 264a i.V. mit § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Bezüglich der Angaben und Erläuterungen im Anhang wird von den entsprechenden Erleichterungsregelungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Gebrauch gemacht.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde grundsätzlich der Vermerk im Anhang gewählt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der Instant Solutions Ltd. & Co. KG zum 31.12.2009 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge übernommen.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen gemäß der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer linear und degressiv. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 410,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs aktiviert und sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Das Kommandit-Kapital ist mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages nach § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB angesetzt. Dabei wurden die voraussichtlichen Kostensteigerungen bis zum jeweiligen Erfüllungstag berücksichtigt. Soweit die Restlaufzeit der Rückstellungen am Bilanzstichtag mehr als ein Jahr betrug, erfolgte eine Abzinsung nach § 253 Abs. 2 Satz 1 HGB. Für die Abzinsung des Erfüllungsbetrages wurden die von der Deutschen Bundesbank veröffentlichten Abzinsungszinssätze verwendet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Aufgliederung von aus Gründen der Klarheit in Bilanz und GuV zusammengefassten Posten:

Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt € 7.009,69 (Vorjahr € 8.600,93).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt € 60.489,63 (Vorjahr € 82.972,61).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beträgt € 50.014,99 (Vorjahr € 70.800,07).
