I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Intenta GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Chemnitz. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Chemnitz unter 34920 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 266 Abs. 1, 276, 288 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände, mit Ausnahme geringwertiger Software, sind mit ihren Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen angesetzt. Erworbene, im Einzelfall geringwertige Software wird im Anschaffungsjahr vollständig als Aufwand verrechnet. Das Wahlrecht gemäß § 248 Abs. 2 HGB zur Aktivierung selbst erstellter immaterieller Vermögensgegenstände wird nicht ausgeübt.

Geschäfts- oder Firmenwert

Der entgeltlich erworbene Geschäfts- oder Firmenwert wurde aktiviert. Als betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer werden 10 Jahre festgelegt.

Sachanlagen

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen, bewertet. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen werden vorgenommen, wenn voraussichtlich dauerhafte Wertminderungen vorliegen. Zuschreibungen aufgrund des Wertaufholungsgebots werden bis zu den Anschaffungskosten vorgenommen, wenn die Gründe für eine dauerhafte Wertminderung nicht mehr bestehen. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird grundsätzlich linear abgeschrieben. Im Zugangsjahr erfolgt die Abschreibung zeitanteilig.

Steuerlich sogenannte geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangszeitpunkt sofort vollständig abgeschrieben.

Finanzanlagen

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten unter Vornahme außerplanmäßiger Abschreibungen mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert ausgewiesen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Liquide Mittel

Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben werden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden nach den Vorschriften des § 250 HGB gebildet.

Rückstellungen

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verpflichtungen nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung entsprechend den zu erwartenden Ausgaben gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Verbindlichkeiten

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 398.135,04 EUR
(Vorjahr: 519.009,26 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 8.960.071,46 EUR (Vorjahr: 2.273.345,95 EUR).

Darüber hinaus bestehen für die Verbindlichkeiten im üblichen Umfang branchenübliche Sicherheiten.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Mitarbeiterzahl

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 9.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestehen in Höhe von 88,7 TEUR jährlich aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen.
