Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss der Internet E-Payment GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Sie haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Für alle am Bilanzstichtag erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten sind ausreichend Rückstellungen gebildet worden.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt. Sie haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Grundlagen für die Umrechnung in Euro

Der Jahresabschluss enthält auf fremde Währung lautende Sachverhalte, die in Euro umgerechnet wurden.

Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten über fünf Jahre

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren waren am Bilanzstichtag nicht vorhanden.

Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten, durch Pfandrechte o.ä. gesichert

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind, sind nicht vorhanden.
