A. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Erkennbare Risiken werden durch angemessene Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Liquide Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

B. Angaben zu Posten der Bilanz

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betrug am Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr 0,00 Euro).

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betrug am Bilanzstichtag 1.172.333,33 Euro (Vorjahr 1.168.333,33 Euro).

Aus Avalbürgschaften bestehen nicht bilanzierte Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 600.000,00 Euro.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin ist die Investitionsverwaltungsgesellschaft Eisstadion GmbH mit Sitz in Straubing. Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 25.000,00 Euro.

Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von der Investitionsverwaltungsgesellschaft Eisstadion mbH geführt. Diese wurde durch folgende Geschäftsführer vertreten:
