financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Gesellschaft führt seit Gründung am 24.09.2018 die Firma IS4IT Kritis GmbH und hat ihren Sitz in Obrigheim. Sie ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Mannheim unter der Nummer HRB 731697 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften ( §§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung ( §§ 266 I, 274, 276, 288 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt ( §§ 265 I 2, 266 f HGB).

III. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken grundsätzlich zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Gegebenenfalls kommen Wertberichtigungen zum Ansatz. Soweit Forderungen eine Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr aufweisen, kommt bei unverzinslichen Forderungen ein abgezinster Wert zum Ansatz.

Liquide Mittel sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen jeweils in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

IV. Angaben zur Bilanz

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 25.000,00 Euro. Es entspricht dem Handelsregistereintrag und ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.

Haftungsverhältnisse oder sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestanden nicht.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Während des Geschäftsjahres war im Unternehmen durchschnittlich vier Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Der zwischen der IS4IT Kritis GmbH und der IS4IT GmbH am 03.12.2018 abgeschlossene Beherrschungs- und Ergebnisabführungsvertrag ist am 09.01.2025 durch Aufhebung mit Wirkung zum 31.12.2024 beendet worden. Damit besteht die seit dem 01.01.2019 gegründete Organschaft hinsichtlich der Körperschaftsteuer, Gewerbesteuer und Umsatzsteuer mit der IS4IT GmbH als Organträger und der IS4IT Kritis GmbH als Organgesellschaft letztmals im Jahr 2024.
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
