Anhang

1. Allgemein Angaben
Die it factum GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in München und ist unter der Registernummer HRB 169589 im Amtsgericht München eingetragen. Gemäß den in § 267 HGB aufgeführten Größenkriterien zählten wir im Geschäftsjahr 2023 zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften.

2 . Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Nutzungsdauern orientieren sich an den steuerlichen Vorgaben.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden linear und degressiv auf die jeweilige entsprechende Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen. Die Nutzungsdauern orientieren sich an den steuerlichen Vorgaben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden linear über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren als Pool bzw. voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert oder zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden gemäß den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften angesetzt.

Das Eigenkapital der Gesellschaft ist zum Nominalwert ausgewiesen.

Die Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

3 . Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Von den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen haben TEUR 74,0 (Vj. TEUR 73,9) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind keine Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter enthalten.

Eigenkapital
Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR 25.000,00.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe von TEUR 511,7 (Vj TEUR 78,2) und von mehr als einem Jahr in Höhe von TEUR 100,0 (Vj TEUR 0,0). Davon aus Steuern TEUR 18,9 (Vj TEUR 34,5).
In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von TEUR 490,5 (Vj TEUR 0,0) enthalten.

HaftungsverhältnisseWechselobligo, Bürgschaften sowie Verbindlichkeiten aus der Bestellung von Sicherheiten für fremde Verbindlichkeiten bestanden nicht.

4 . Sonstige Angaben

Zahl der Arbeitnehmer
Die Zahl der Mitarbeiter betrug im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 18 (Vj. 24).

Gewährte Vorschüsse und Kredite
Im Geschäfts- sowie im Vorjahr wurden Mitgliedern der Geschäftsführungsorgane keine Vorschüsse oder Kredite gewährt. Für den identischen Personenkreis wurden auch keine Haftungsverhältnisse begründet.
