Anhang

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB unter der Annahme aufgestellt, dass die Gesellschaft ihre Geschäftstätigkeit fortführt.

Die Sachanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibung erfolgt nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethode über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer. Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis Euro 800,00 wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Vorräte werden mit den Herstellungskosten gem. § 255 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.

Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und liquide Mittel werden mit dem Nennwert oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Als aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Ausgaben vor dem Stichtag ausgewiesen, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Tag darstellen.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen; sie sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Auf fremde Währungen lautende Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet.

Als passiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Einnahmen vor dem Stichtag ausgewiesen, die Erträge für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Tag darstellen.

II. Angaben zur Bilanz
Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestehen in voller Höhe aus einem Kontokorrentkonto des Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführers, werden mit 1% p.a. verzinst und sind unbesichert.

Die Höhe des Stammkapitals entspricht den Erfordernissen des § 5 GmbHG.

Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:

Verbindlichkeiten sind in Höhe von Euro 1.500.000,00 durch eine Bankbürgschaft und in Höhe von Euro 800.000,00 durch eine Grundschuld besichert.

Es bestehen branchenübliche Eigentumsvorbehalte für Lieferverbindlichkeiten.

III. Sonstige Angaben
Die ITP Holding GmbH ist gemäß § 293 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB von der Verpflichtung zur Aufstellung eines Konzernabschlusses befreit.

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist der Kaufmann Herr Dr. Andreas Szinovatz, Berlin. Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024 - wie im Vorjahr - neben dem Geschäftsführer keine Arbeitnehmer.
