Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 wurde unter Beachtung der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend wurden die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes und, soweit handelsrechtlich zulässig, die einschlägigen steuerlichen Vorschriften beachtet.
Gemäß § 265 Abs. 2 HGB werden die Vorjahreszahlen zu den einzelnen Positionen in der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angegeben.
Die Größenmerkmale des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurden weder zum Abschlussstichtag 31.12.2022 noch zum Stichtag 31.12.2023 überschritten. Für den vorliegenden Jahresabschluss sind somit die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften anzuwenden.
Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach §§ 266 Abs. 1, 276 und 288 HGB, sowie für die Offenlegung nach §§ 326 und 327 HGB werden in Anspruch genommen.
Für die Aufstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das bei der Gesellschaft bisher angewandte Gesamtkostenverfahren fortgeführt.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung.
Wir haben die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden, im Rahmen des handelsrechtlich Zulässigen, nach den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.

Anlagevermögen
Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibung ausgewiesen.
Sachanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten einzeln erfasst und planmäßig abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibung wurde entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Wirtschaftsgüter linear vorgenommen.
Für bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens, die einer selbstständigen Nutzung fähig sind, wurde für Zugänge bei Anschaffungskosten von mehr als € 250 bis € 1.000 im Jahr des Zugangs ein Sammelposten gebildet, der über fünf Jahre linear aufgelöst wird. Bei Anschaffungskosten bis zu € 250, wurden die Vermögensgegenstände im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Umlaufvermögen
Das Vorratsvermögen an Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen ist mit einem Festwert
aktiviert.

Die im Vorratsvermögen ausgewiesenen in Arbeit befindlichen Aufträge sind mit den Herstellungskosten entsprechend ihres Fertigstellungsgrades bewertet.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden zum Nominalbetrag ausgewiesen.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und die flüssigen Mittel werden zum Nennwert ausgewiesen.

Rückstellungen
Steuerrückstellungen wurden mit der errechneten Zahllast unter Berücksichtigung bis zum Jahresabschlussstichtag gleisteten Vorrauszahlungen bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung für alle weiteren erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet worden und mit den wahrscheinlichen Erfüllungsbeträgen bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Sie sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestanden am Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Nicht gesondert ausgewiesene Rückstellungen

In den sonstigen Rückstellungen sind im Wesentlichen Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten enthalten.

Sicherheiten

Für Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in gewöhnlichem Umfang branchenübliche bzw. kraft Gesetzes entstehene Sicherheiten.

Zum Ende des Berichtsjahres bestanden Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe von € 1.064.589,01 und mit einer Restlaufzeit von über fünf Jahren in Höhe von € 83.333,30.

Haftungsverhältnisse
Zum Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB.

Arbeitnehmer
Unsere Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Quartalsdurchschnitt 43 Arbeitnehmer.
Mitglieder des Geschäftsführungsorgans

Einzelvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr 2023 Jesper Götsch, Dreieich und Mathias Pritzkow, Frankfurt am Main. Der Geschäftsführer Jesper Götsch ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Zur weiteren einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführerin wurde am 27.07.2022 Natascha Kneissl, Frankfurt am Main, bestellt. Die Eintragung im Handelsregister erfolgte am 01.08.2022.

Natascha Kneissl wurde als Geschäftsführerin abberufen. Die Eintragung im Handelsregister erfolgte am 12.02.2025.
