Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegen GmbH-Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 1.561.874,08 Euro (Vorjahr: 1.174.501,94 Euro) ausgewiesen und davon sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber GmbH-Geschäftsführern in Höhe von 1.561.874,08 Euro (Vorjahr: 1.174.501,94 Euro) enthalten.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 10.902,64 Euro (Vorjahr: 3.503,94 Euro).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 1.551.398,00 Euro (Vorjahr: 1.170.998,00 Euro).

Die JB Holding GmbH hält als Treuhänder 7.292 Euro am Eigenkapital der Oktoberfest 7s GmbH, Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung eingetragen beim Amtsgericht München unter der Registernummer HRB 230797, mit einem Buchwert in Höhe von 162.500,00 Euro.
