A. Angaben zur Bewertung und Bilanzierung

1. Allgemeine Angaben
Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich gemäß § 264a HGB i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HBG um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen.

2. Aktiva
Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. In die Herstellungskosten wurden die Materialeinzelkosten, die Fertigungseinzelkosten und die Sonderkosten der Fertigung einbezogen. Die Vornahme der planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgte unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.
Das Finanzanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit erforderlich wurden Abschreibungen vorgenommen.
Die Forderungen gegen Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände, der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit ihren Nominalwerten ausgewiesen. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, Forderungen gegen Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind - wie im Vorjahr - nicht zu verzeichnen gewesen.
Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wird entsprechend seiner Laufzeit aufgelöst.

3. Passiva
Das gezeichnete Kapital, die ausstehenden Einlagen und der Gewinnvortrag werden mit ihren Nennwerten angesetzt.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind ausreichend bemessen und nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in der Höhe notwendig.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.
4. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Aufwendungen und Erträge wurden auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren i. S. von § 275 HGB aufgestellt.

B. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten

1. Einzelposten des Anlagevermögens
Einzelposten des Anlagevermögens sowie die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres für die Einzelposten des Anlagevermögens ergeben sich aus dem Anlagenverzeichnis.

2. Verbindlichkeitenspiegel

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr: 236.344,88 €.
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr waren nicht zu verzeichnen.
In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten befinden sich Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von 43.404,06 € (Vorjahr: 33.120,05 €).

3. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Als Geschäftsführer wurde Herr Teja Möller, Kaufmann, Ganderkesee, bestellt. Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
