1. ANGABEN UND ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZU BESONDERHEITEN DER FORM, INSBESONDERE DER GLIEDERUNG DES JAHRESABSCHLUSSES

1.1. Angabe und Begründung der Darstellungsform der Bilanz

Die Berichtsfirma ist nach den Umschreibungen der Größenklassen des § 267 HGB eine "kleine Kapitalgesellschaft" im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Die Bilanz ist nach den Vorschriften des § 266 HGB gegliedert.

2. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUR BEWERTUNG UND BILANZIERUNG EINSCHLIESSLICH DER VORNAHME STEUERRECHTLICHER MASSNAHMEN

2.1. Angabe der auf die Posten der Bilanz angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Berichtsfirma wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Finanzanlagen

Die Beteiligungen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Bewertung der sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Bewertung erfolgte in Höhe der geschätzten oder erwarteten Erfüllungsbeträge, wobei diese, wenn möglich, rechnerisch ermittelt wurde. Bei vergleichbaren Vorjahresaufwendungen wurden diese als Hilfsgröße herangezogen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. ANGABEN UND ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZU EINZELNEN POSTEN DER BILANZ

3.1. Angabe des Vorschlages über die Verwendung des Ergebnisses

Das Jahresergebnis wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

4. SONSTIGE PFLICHTANGABEN

4.1. Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern,Angabe nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG

Unter den "Sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen" in Höhe von Euro 457.764,03 sind Forderungen gegenüber dem Gesellschafter in Höhe von Euro 445.852,35 enthalten.

Weitere Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern waren zum Bilanzstichtag nicht auszuweisen.

4.2. Angabe der Namen der Mitglieder des Geschäftsführungsorgans

Geschäftsführer der Dr. Jurisch GmbH war während des Berichtszeitraumes:

Herr Dr. Thomas Jurisch, Dipl.-Ingenieur, Dreieich.

Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

4.3. Angabe über den Anteilsbesitz an anderen Unternehmen mit einem Betrag von mindestens 20 % der Anteile
