Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 01.01.2017 bis 31.12.2017 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, wie sie für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gelten, aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Sämtliche Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Für bestehende, der Höhe nach noch ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten wurden Rückstellungen nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist aus der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ersichtlich.

Das Stammkapital entspricht dem Vorjahr.

Die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Gewinnrücklage (§ 150 AktG) wurde im Geschäftsjahr nicht erhöht.

Verbindlichkeiten über 5 Jahre und durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesicherte Verbindlichkeiten existieren nicht.

Der Vorstand war im Berichtsjahr Herr James Klein, Dipl.-Kaufmann, Potsdam.

Der Aufsichtsrat bestand aus:

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Es wurde ein Teil einer Forderung durch Abschreibung neu bewertet.

V. Sonstige Erläuterungs- und Angabepflichten

Weitere Angabe Pflichten entfallen, da es sich hier um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft handelt.
