Anhang

Die Firma Konzept Krafttraining GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart.
Die Eintragung in das Handelsregister erfolgte beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart (HRB 24762).

I. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Geschäftsführung ist auf Grund der bestehenden Finanzplanung der Auffassung, dass die Voraussetzungen zur Bewertung unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung gegeben sind. Der Jahresabschluss wurde daher auf Grundlage der Auffassung der Geschäftsführung unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung erstellt.
Der Jahresabschluss der Konzept Krafttraining GmbH, Stuttgart wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:
Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen, entsprechend der jeweiligen voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen erfolgten nach der linearen Methode.
In Anlehnung an die Laufzeit des Franchisevertrages wurde bei der Abschreibung des Firmenwertes eine Abschreibungsdauer von 15 Jahren zu Grunde gelegt.
Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet.
Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die liquiden Mittel und Kassenbestände wurden zum Nominalwert bewertet.
Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet und in Höhe ihres nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestanden in Höhe von TEUR 176 (Vj. TEUR 205).

II. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen:
Mietvertrag Stuttgarter Straße 23, TEUR 125 p.a., Laufzeit bis 2024

Mitarbeiterzahl:
Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr 2022 im Durchschnitt neun (Vj. zehn) Mitarbeiter.

Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane:
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Gesellschaft durch den einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer Mario Schlüter, Marbach sowie Mischa Becker, Sindelfingen vertreten.
