für das Geschäftsjahr 2012

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2012 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) erstellt. Für die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung haben wir das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle zum Bilanzstichtag bekannten Risiken und in ihrer Höhe und Entstehung ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag erfasst.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Sämtliche Forderungen sowie Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2012 und bis zum Zeitpunkt der Jahresabschlusserstellung waren zu Geschäftsführern bestellt:

Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2012 weist einen Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR 1.366,20 aus. Der Jahresübererschuss wird zusammen mit dem Gewinnvortrag von Euro 2.342,47 auf insgesamt Euro 3.708,67 vorgetragen. Die Bilanzsumme beträgt Euro 18.400,53.
