Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2023
Bezugnehmend auf die beigefügte Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2023 und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung für die Zeit vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 der Gesellschaft machen wir entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften folgende Angaben:
1. Allgemeine Angaben
Die Gesellschaft ist aufgrund ihrer Arbeitnehmerzahl, ihrer Bilanzsumme und ihrer Umsatzerlöse eine "kleine" Gesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.
Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB verzichtet.
2. Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses
(1) Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach dem differenzierten Schema des § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.
(2) Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beziehen sich in Höhe von € 3.000,00 auf Jahresabschlusskosten für die Jahre 2022 und 2023 und in Höhe von € 1.000,00 auf Aufwendungen für Archivierung von Geschäftsunterlagen.
3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
(1) Die Saldenvorträge zum 1. Januar 2023 entsprechen den Ansätzen in der Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2022. Die Bilanzidentität gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB ist gewahrt.
(2) Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgt nach dem Grundsatz der Unternehmensfortführung (Going-Concern-Prinzip gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB).

(3) Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 HGB).
(4) Das Realisationsprinzip und das Imparitätsprinzip sowie der Grundsatz der Vorsicht wurden beachtet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 HGB).
(5) Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 6 HGB); die Bewertungsstetigkeit ist somit gewahrt.
(6) Die Rückstellungsbeträge wurden aufgrund vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelt.
4. Sonstige Angaben
Die Geschäftsführung wurde in 2023 ausgeübt durch den einzelvertretungsberechtigten, von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreiten Geschäftsführer Herrn Jochen Linden, Remscheid
(2) Der Jahresfehlbetrag 2023 beträgt EUR 23.581,55 (Vorjahr: Jahresüberschuss € 17.453,81).
(3) Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren waren nicht zu verzeichnen.
