A. Allgemeine Hinweise

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.
B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.
Die erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und werden nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen auf der Grundlage steuerlich anerkannter Höchstsätze vermindert.

Die Anlagegüter werden linear abgeschrieben.

Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis zu einem Wert von EUR 410,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben, ihr sofortiger Abgang wird unterstellt.

Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig.
Die Anteile an verbundene Unternehmen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.
Die unfertigen Leistungen sind zu Herstellungskosten bewertet, wobei neben den direkt zurechenbaren Gehältern auch Gemeinkosten sowie Abschreibungen berücksichtigt werden.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung erfolgt grundsätzlich zu den im Anschaffungszeitpunkt geltenden Umrechnungskursen.
C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen beinhalten solche an den Gesellschafter in Höhe von TEUR 2 (Vorjahr TEUR 10).
Forderungen in Höhe von TEUR 0 (Vorjahr TEUR 0) haben eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

2. Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von TEUR 109 (Vorjahr TEUR 406) sind solche mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
Die Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten solche gegenüber dem Gesellschafter in Höhe von TEUR 20 (Vorjahr TEUR 322).
In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von TEUR 0 (Vorjahr TEUR 0) und Verbindlichkeiten im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit in Höhe von TEUR 1 (Vorjahr TEUR 1) enthalten.

3. Abführungssperre

Es besteht nach § 268 Abs. 8 HGB i. V. m. § 301 AktG eine Abführungssperre aus dem vororganschaftlichen Gewinnvortrag von EUR 477,71.
