Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Linogate GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Augsburg. Sie ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Amtsgericht Augsburg unter der Nummer HRB 18006 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2021 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. des § 267 HGB. Größenabhängige Aufstellungserleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB wurden zum Teil in Anspruch genommen.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige, lineare Abschreibung vermindert.

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung, entsprechend der jeweiligen voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer, angesetzt.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der jeweiligen voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Nutzungsdauern betragen zwischen ein und dreiunddreißig Jahre.

Bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter, die einer selbständigen Nutzung fähig sind und deren Anschaffungskosten 800,00 € nicht übersteigen, wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet.

Die Forderungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert bewertet. Erkennbaren und latenten Ausfallrisiken wurde durch die Bildung von Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthält gem. § 250 Abs. 1 HGB Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wird zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen werden auf der Grundlage des § 253 HGB ermittelt. Anzusetzen ist hierbei der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendige Erfüllungsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB. Alle Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem von der Deutschen Bundesbank veröffentlichten durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz abgezinst (§ 253 Abs. 2 HGB).

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

III. Bilanzerläuterungen

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind, wie im Vorjahr, ausnahmslos kurzfristig.

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern sind in Höhe von 902,62 € (Vj. 1.247,00 €) ausgewiesen.

2. Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen im Wesentlichen Abschlusskosten, Urlaub, Tantiemen, Aufbewahrung und Gewährleistung.

3. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag berücksichtigt.

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

V. Sonstige Angaben

1. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen bestehen in Höhe von 43.920,00 € jährlich.

2. Durchschnittliche Zahl der Arbeitnehmer

In der Zeit vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2021 wurden durchschnittlich 9 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

3. Geschäftsführung

Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer ist Herr Thomas Scholz, er ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Die Angabe der Gesamtbezüge unterbleibt gem. § 286 Abs. 4 HGB.
