I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. v. § 267 I HGB auf. Soweit nicht anders angegeben, wurden die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in Anspruch genommen.

II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze im Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 entsprechen den Vorschriften des HGB. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang angeführt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Sie haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Passiva
Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2022 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung durch Martin Haag. Von der Vorschrift des § 286 Abs. 4 (Schutzklausel) wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
