Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der LORENZ GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie der Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Ergänzend dazu wurden die Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrages und von Gesellschafterbeschlüssen beachtet.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang angegeben werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die Gesellschaft hat nach § 264 Abs.1 Satz 4 HGB auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes verzichtet.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die nachstehenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden beachtet, sofern die entsprechenden Sachverhalte verwirklicht wurden.

Der Jahresabschluss der LORENZ GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Erworbene, immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Abnutzbare, bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis 800 EUR netto wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte sind mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten oder mit dem niedrigeren am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden Wert bewertet. In die Herstellungskosten wurden neben den unmittelbar zurechenbaren Kosten auch notwendige Gemeinkosten und durch die Fertigung veranlasste Abschreibungen einbezogen.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind mit dem Nennbetrag oder mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Die sonstigen Forderungen und Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Sie wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen sind berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichend objektive Hinweise für deren Beurteilung vorliegen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Die Gesellschaft hat gemäß § 274a Nr. 4 HGB auf die Abgrenzung latenter Steuern verzichtet.

Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Bilanzgewinn
Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag von EUR 1.122.234,91 enthalten.

Von den ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind fällig
