Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 der Lucky Shareman GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) i.d.F. des Bilanzrichtlinien- Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Die Aufstellung der Bilanz erfolgte vor Berücksichtigung der Gewinnverwendung.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft laut Registergericht

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände grundsätzlich linear vorgenommen. Im Zugangsjahr erfolgte die Abschreibung zeitanteilig.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens wurden unter analoger Anwendung der steuerlichen Vorschriften im Jahr der Anschaffung vollständig abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nennwerten unter Abzug erforderlicher Einzelwertberichtigungen angesetzt.
Die flüssigen Mittel wurden zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Als Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden solche vor dem Bilanzstichtag geleisteten Ausgaben aktiviert, die Aufwand für eine kalendermäßig bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Das Gezeichnete Kapital wird zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Als Passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden solche vor dem Bilanzstichtag erhaltenen Einnahmen passiviert, die Ertrag für eine kalendermäßig bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen und die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter resultieren aus Darlehensgewährungen und haben eine Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Darlehenszusagen in Höhe von 1.222.000,00 EUR, davon jeweils fällig in 2024, in 2025, in 2026 und in 2027 305.500,00 EUR.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 12.

Während des Geschäftsjahrs 2023 wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Björn Wenzel, Quickborn, und Frau Katharina Backenberg, Hamburg, geführt. Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt. Herr Björn Wenzel ist am 30. September 2023 als Geschäftsführer ausgeschieden. Die Eintragung in das Handelsregister erfolgte am 1. Februar 2024.
