Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Maisel Transport und Logistik GmbH, Creußen, wurde unter Beachtung der allgemeinen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252 — 256 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsbestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 269 — 274, 279 — 283 HGB) erstellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in dem § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1.	Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.
2.	Anlagegüter werden überwiegend linear abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.
3.	Passivierungspflichtige Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1.	Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem beigefügten Anlagegitter.
2.	Die Verbindlichkeiten enthalten:

- Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu 5 Jahren € 201.613,00

Alle anderen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

3.	Unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von 497.418,49 € enthalten.

IV. Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von € 127.852,49 wird mit dem Gewinnvortrag verrechnet und auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

Der Vortrag zum 01.01.2025 beträgt damit € 678.751,56.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Im Berichtsjahr waren durchschnittlich 51 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
