Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2023

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Gemäß §264a I i.V.m. § 267 I HGB gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige lineare Abschreibung vermindert.

Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten oder zu niedrigeren Tageswerten bewertet. Alle erkennbaren Risiken, die sich aus überdurchschnittlicher Lagerdauer, geminderter Verwertbarkeit und niedrigeren Wiederbeschaffungskosten ergeben, sind durch angemessene Abwertungen berücksichtigt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Allen risikobehafteten Posten ist dem allgemeinen Ausfallrisiko bei den Debitoren durch Bildung einer Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.

Die Bewertung der liquiden Mittel erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Der aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betrifft die periodengerechte Abgrenzung sonstiger betrieblicher Aufwendungen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind in der Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages berücksichtigt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist unter Anwendung des Gesamtkostenverfahrens gemäß § 275 Abs. 2. HGB erstellt.

2. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Von den ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von Euro 14.883,85 eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

3. Sonstige Angaben

Die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft erfolgt durch Carlo Manfred Bermes.

Die Gesellschaft ist beim Registergericht Mainz unter der Nummer B43038 eingetragen.

Während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigte die Gesellschaft durchschnittlich 28 Arbeitnehmer.
