1. Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen

Die Gliederung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach dem gesetzlichen Gliederungsschema. Soweit Wahlrechte bei einzelnen Angaben bestehen, die alternativ im Anhang oder in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zu machen sind, erfolgte die Angabe in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung. Die Bilanzierung erfolgte hinsichtlich Bilanzansatz und Bewertung nach handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.

Bei den Forderungen sind keine erkennbare Risiken vorhanden. Abwertungen wurden daher nicht berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen in angemessener Höhe.

Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer beträgt 0.

2. Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 27.000,00
