ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben

Als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.v. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB in der Rechtsform der GmbH hat die MARCO POLO Engineering GmbH bei ihrer Rechnungslegung neben den Vorschriften für alle Kaufleute (§§ 238 ff. HGB) auch die für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) und § 42 GmbHG zu beachten.

Sitz der Gesellschaft und Ort der Geschäftsleitung ist Karlsruhe. Die Gesellschaft ist beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Mannheim unter HRB 106851 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft nimmt die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Angabenerleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB teilweise in Anspruch.

Die MARCO POLO Engineering GmbH hat von der Befreiungsvorschrift nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts verzichtet.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert, soweit ihre Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden auf Grundlage der voraussichtlichen Nut-zungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde auf Basis der AfA-Tabellen der Finanzverwaltung geschätzt, wobei jeweils von der kürzest möglichen Nutzungsdauer ausgegangen wurde. Soweit zulässig und zu einer höheren Abschreibung führend, wurde von der Möglichkeit der degressiven Abschreibung Gebrauch gemacht.
Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgte in den Fällen, in de-nen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führte.
Geringwertige bewegliche Anlagegüter mit einem Einzelanschaffungspreis bis zu € 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Ihr sofortiger Abgang wird unterstellt

Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe wurden zu den Anschaffungskosten aufgrund Einzelfeststellungen bewertet.

Die unfertigen und fertigen Erzeugnisse sind zu Herstellungskosten bewertet. In den Be-wertungsansatz wurden nur die aktivierungspflichtigen Kosten einbezogen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Es wurde eine Einzelwertberichtigung in Höhe von EUR 4.500,00 gebildet.

Die Bankguthaben sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt.

Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, sind unter dem Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten aktiv abgegrenzt.

Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Die Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben Restlaufzeiten von weniger als einem Jahr.

Es besteht eine Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 64.590,67.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 2 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens geführt durch den Geschäftsführer Sven Kneifel, Waldbronn.
