Masternodes GmbH, Berlin Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2021

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 202 der masternodes GmbH, Berlin, wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Hierzu ist sie als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB unter Einhaltung der Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 HGB verpflichtet.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 I 2, 266 ff. HGB). Die Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.

Bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände, deren Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, wurden linear unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer der Gegenstände abgeschrieben. Dabei wurde von einer Nutzungsdauer von zwei bis zehn Jahren ausgegangen.

Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen € 250 und € 1.000 wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG dem Sammelposten zugeführt, der im Jahr der Anschaffung und den folgenden 4 Wirtschaftsjahren gewinnmindernd aufgelöst wird.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihren Nennbeträgen angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen sind erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt worden.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken. Die Bewertung erfolgte in der Höhe, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Da der Jahresabschluss auch unter Beachtung steuerlicher Vorschriften aufgestellt wurde, ergibt sich kein Unterschied zwischen Handels- und Steuerbilanz. Ein Abgrenzungsposten für latente Steuern nach § 274 HGB war somit nicht zu bilden.

III. Erläuterung der Bilanz

1. Rückstellungen

Rückstellungen zur Körperschaftsteuer und zur Gewerbesteuer für 2021 wurden in der .voraussichtlich zu zahlenden Höhe gebildet.

Sonstige Rückstellungen beinhalten die Kosten für die Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse 2020 und 2021. .

2. Restlaufzeiten und Besicherung der Verbindlichkeiten

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von T€ 6,0 (Vorjahr T€ 0,4) haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr, in Höhe von T€ 617 (Vorjahr T€ 608) eine Laufzeit von 1-5 Jahren.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind ungesichert.

IV. Erläuterung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Zusätzliche Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung waren nicht erforderlich.

V. Sonstige Angaben

1. Durchschnittliche Zahl der Arbeitnehmer
In der Zeit vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2021 wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

2. Geschäftsführung
Geschäftsführer im Berichtszeitraum waren Rolf Klöppel, Kaufmann und Sören Martius, Kaufmann.
