A. Allgemeine HinweiseDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den Vorschriften des §§ 42 ff. GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert im Wesentlichen die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgte in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führte.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert bilanziert. Bei Posten, deren Einbringlichkeit mit erkennbaren Risiken behaftet ist, werden angemessene Wertabschläge vorgenommen.

Das Eigenkapital ist mit Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Der Ansatz erfolgt in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Künftige Preis- und Kostenverhältnisse im Zeitpunkt der Erfüllung der Verpflichtung sind bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt. Geld- und Sachleistungsverpflichtungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wird allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung getragen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen
Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagespiegel dargestellt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.
Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen beinhalten die Rückstellung für Archivierungskosten, Rückstellung für Urlaub und die Rückstellung für Jahresabschlusskosten.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr in Höhe von 25.857.645,18 € (Vorjahr 25.317.146,18 €).
Haftungsverhältnisse

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB in Verbindung mit § 268 Abs. 7 HGB.
Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Die Gesellschaft hat Leasingverpflichtungen in Höhe von jährlich 4.500,00 €. Die Leasingverpflichtungen haben zum 31.12.2021 eine Restlaufzeit von 3 Jahren.
