financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB), des Gesellschaftsrechts und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Die Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend den Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 und 275 HGB aufgestellt, wobei bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewendet wurde.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze, sowie die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert fortgeführt.

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die meetago GmbH mit Sitz in Troisdorf ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Bonn unter HRB 20266 eingetragen.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen und wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear oder degressiv vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte sind mit den Herstellungskosten angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Allgemeine Ausfallrisiken wurden mittels Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1% der Nettoforderungen berücksichtigt.

Liquide Mittel sind mit Ihrem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind mit Ihrem Nominalzahlbetrag angesetzt. Sie werden über die zu Grunde gelegte Laufzeit aufgelöst.

Die aktiven latenten Steuern wurden auf Grund der Differenzen zwischen der Handels- und Steuerbilanz angesetzt. Der Bewertung lag ein Steuersatz von 33,33 % zu Grunde.

Die Rückstellungen wurden mit Ihrem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von größer als einem Jahr wurden abgezinst. Alle erkennbaren Risiken wurden berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit Ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden mit Ihrem Nominalszahlbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft hat im Geschäftsjahr 2023 durchschnittlich 34 Arbeitnehmer.

Die Geschäftführung oblag Udo Lülsdorf, Niederkassel. * 09.02.1966.

Der Geschäftsführer ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt mit der Befugnis im Namen der Gesellschaft mit sich im eigenen Namen oder als Vertreter eines Dritten Rechtsgeschäfte abzuschließen. Er ist von der Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
