II. Erläuterungen der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden basieren auf § 246 HGB)

Die Gesellschaft hält eine Beteiligung an der Ponton Consulting GmbH.

Es bestehen Forderungen gegenüber dem Gesellschafter Dr. Michael Merz zum Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von € 80.000,00.

Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter Dr. Michael Merz zum Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von € 20.762,50.

III. Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresüberschuss 2011 beträgt € 213.507,81, der zu verwenden ist.

Der Geschäftsführer schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, diesen Betrag zusammen mit dem Gewinnvortrag des Vorjahres i.H.v. € 458.542,88 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
