financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 31.12.2023

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

In die Herstellungskosten wurden neben den unmittelbar zurechenbaren Kosten auch notwendige Gemeinkosten und durch die Fertigung veranlasste Abschreibungen einbezogen.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:
-Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten
-Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen zu Anschaffungskosten
-Ausleihungen zum Nennwert
-unverzinsliche und niedrig verzinsliche Ausleihungen zum Barwert
-sonstige Wertpapiere zu Anschaffungskosten

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten, soweit vorhanden, die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Jahresabschluss enthält auf fremde Währung lautende Sachverhalte, die in Euro umgerechnet wurden.

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen nachfolgende Rechte und Pflichten:

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte von mehr als 1 Jahr beträgt € 164.375,00 (Vorjahr € 170.775,27).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt € 370.814,20 (Vorjahr: € 425.505,17).

Sonstige Angaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch die Geschäftsführer Herr Christian Labetzsch und Herr Christoph Impekoven geführt.
