Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss der Firma microPLAN SK.NET GmbH mit Sitz in Düsseldorf für das Geschäftsjahr 2023, eingetragen in das Handelsregister Düsseldorf unter der Register-Nr. B 19180, wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetzes vom 23.07.2015 (BilRUG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt nach den für große Kapitalgesellschaften maßgeblichen Gliederungsvorschriften.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bilanzierung der Finanzanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten.

Die Bilanzierung der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung nutzungsbedingter planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibung ist die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes (§ 253 I 1, III HGB). Die Abschreibungen werden sowohl linear als auch geometrisch degressiv vorgenommen.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis € 800,00 werden aus Vereinfachungsgründen entsprechend § 6 II EStG im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Waren erfolgt zu den Anschaffungskosten.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt (§ 253 I HGB).

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist (§ 253 I 2 HGB). Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst (§ 253 II 1 HGB).

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert (§ 253 I 2 HGB).

III. Angaben zu einzelnen Bilanzposten
Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind nach Abzug von Einzelwertberichtigungen mit 3 % pauschal wertberichtigt.

Alle Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu den Nennbeträgen bilanziert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Außer den üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalten bei den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind die Verbindlichkeiten nicht besichert.

Zum 31. Dezember 2023 bestanden neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen (§ 285 Nr. 3 a HGB) wegen Leistung von Mietzahlungen von jährlich T€ 138 und Leasingraten von Jährlich T€ 20.

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen des Vorjahres enthalten T€ 20 Schadenersatzansprüche Dritter.

V. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 21.
