Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2010 bis 31. Dezember 2010 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften unter Beachtung der Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff HGB aufgestellt worden.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bewertet worden.

Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 ist in voller Höhe einbezahlt.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen wurden dem voraussichtlichen Bedarf entsprechend gebildet. Sie decken alle erkennbaren Risiken ab.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.
