Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 02.04.2024 festgestellt.

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 der MM Holding GmbH wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Wirtschaftsgüter im Geschäftsjahr linear vorgenommen.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Wirtschaftsgüter im Geschäftsjahr linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände
des Sachanlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen wurden Einzelberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die Guthaben und Kassenbestände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Informationen zur Bilanz

Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit
von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr 0,00 Euro). Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 2.400,00 Euro (Vorjahr 900,00 Euro).

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 1 Jahr beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr 0,00 Euro).

C. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr war Marko Micic, alleiniger Geschäftsführer. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Jahre 2022 keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
