Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft hat Ihren Sitz in Leipzig und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Leipzig (HRB 33440).

Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 246 bis 256 und 265 ff. HGB gegliedert sowie nach den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten erfolgt entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschriften für die Aufstellung eines Jahresabschlusses gemäß §§ 276 und 288 HGB wurden zum Teil in Anspruch genommen.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken mit ihren Nominalbeträgen angesetzt.

Der Kassenbestand sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nominalwert bewertet.

Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgt nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen erfasst.

C. Erläuterungen und Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr ergibt sich aus der Anlage zum Anhang.

Die Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen ist eine Kaution in Höhe von EUR 10.637,67 (Vorjahr EUR 10.637,67) mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr enthalten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten unterteilen sich nach Laufzeiten in EUR 125.000,00 bis einem Jahr sowie EUR 218.750,00 über einem Jahr bis fünf Jahre.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 1.762.692,66 (Vorjahr EUR 1.728.130,06) mit einer Restlaufzeit über einem Jahr bis fünf Jahre sowie Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von EUR 34.584,70 (Vorjahr EUR 46.987,29) mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr enthalten.

Alle übrigen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen von Wesentlichkeit bestehen am Bilanzstichtag nicht.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Arbeitnehmer

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 beschäftige die Gesellschaft im Durchschnitt 23 Mitarbeiter (Vorjahr: 24 Mitarbeiter).

Geschäftsführung

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren:

· Frau Corina Lingscheidt, Markkleeberg
· Herr Michael Amtmann, Nürnberg.

Die Geschäftsführer sind jeweils einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit sowie befugt, im Namen der Gesellschaft mit sich im eigenen Namen oder als Vertreter eines Dritten, Rechtsgeschäfte abzuschließen.

Hinsichtlich der Angabe der gewährten Gesamtbezüge wird von der Schutzklausel des § 286 Abs. 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.
