II. BILANZIERUNGS - UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt worden.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267a Abs.1 HGB i. V. m. § 267a Abs. 3 Nr. 3 HGB. Die Gesellschaft macht von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen Gebrauch.
Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und bewertet.

Flüssige Mittel wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.
Die Kapitalrücklage entspricht der Beschlussfassung der Gesellschafterversammlung und wurde im Vorjahr eingezahlt.

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu 1 Jahr beträgt EUR 474.006,48 (Vorjahr: EUR 304.057,50).

IV. ANGABEN ZUR GEWINN- UND VERLUSTRECHNUNG

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

In den sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen sind keine periodenfremden Aufwendungen enthalten.

Während des Zeitraums vom 01.01.2018 bis zum 31.12.2018 waren keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
