I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2009 wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen gem. § 288 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen. Die im Vorjahr angewandten Gliederungsgrundsätze wurden beibehalten.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Der Ansatz der Wertpapiere des Umlaufvermögens erfolge zu Anschaffungskosten.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in der Höhe angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2009 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung durch Herrn Dr. Ing. Christian Robl.
Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
