Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Mummert GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.

Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

- Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Übernahme der Restbuchwerte statt historische Anschaffungskosten

Als ursprüngliche Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten sind die Buchwerte aus dem Jahresabschluss 2012 übernommen und fortgeführt worden.

Angabe zu Forderungen

Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt Euro 8.725,52 (Vorjahr: Euro 8.323,62).

Angabe zu Verbindlichkeiten

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 1.288,33 (Vorjahr: Euro 1.248,85).
