Anhang für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 05. Oktober 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Nailik Holding GmbH, hat ihren Sitz in Berlin. Die Eintragung ins Handelsregister erfolgte beim Amtsgericht Charlottenburg unter der Registernummer HRB 260044.

Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31.12.2023 erfolgte nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG.

Die Gesellschaft wurde am 05.10.2023 mit notariellem Vertrag gegründet.

Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267a Abs. 3 Nr. 3 HGB als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft klassifiziert und nimmt die entsprechenden Erleichterungsvorschriften des HGB teilweise in Anspruch und verzichtet u. a. auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung wird nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen des HGB nach §§ 252 bis 256a HGB und unter Berücksichtigung der speziellen Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften nach §§ 270 bis 274a HGB vorgenommen.

1. Finanzanlagen

Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert werden bei dauerhafter Wertminderung vorgenommen.

2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Einzelrisiken, die einen niedrigeren Wertansatz geboten hätten und denen durch Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen hätte werden müssen, waren nicht erkennbar.

3. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

4. Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.000,00 und noch nicht vollständig eingezahlt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert.

5. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

C. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen enthalten Aufwendungen für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Als Geschäftsführer im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr war Herr Kilian Schröter bestellt.
