Anhang

1. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Form und
Untergliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die Aufstellung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung der Nebelhorn GmbH (nachfolgend "GmbH" genannt) erfolgte nach den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266, 275 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB) wurde hinsichtlich der Gliederung der Bilanz (§ 266 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB) und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung (§ 276 HGB) kein Gebrauch gemacht. Der Anhang wurde jedoch unter Berücksichtigung der Erleichterung des § 288 HGB erstellt. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für die Offenlegung (§ 326 HGB) wurde ebenfalls Gebrauch gemacht. Die Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung und Bilanzierung sind beachtet (§ 243 Abs. 1 HGB).

2. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bewertung und Bilanzierung
einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

2.1 Der Jahresabschluss der GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. In der Bilanz sind sämtliche Aktiva und Passiva vollständig enthalten.

2.2 Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Sofern notwendig, wurden entsprechende Wertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

2.3 Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und übrige flüssige Mittel sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

2.4 Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhalten Ausgaben und Einnahmen im Geschäftsjahr für Aufwendungen und Erträge der Geschäftsjahre ab 2020.

2.5 Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle am Abschlussstichtag ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten im für erforderlich gehaltenen Maße mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

2.6 Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

3. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

3.1 Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane
(§§ 285 Nr. 9a, 10 HGB)

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte der GmbH durch den Geschäftsführer Dr. Steven Anthony Zielke geführt.
