Protokoll der Hauptversammlung

der Nedlloyd Logistics GmbH i.L.

Am 09. September 2022 fand im Büro der Nedlloyd Logistics GmbH i.L. in Hamburg eine ordentliche Hauptversammlung statt.

Alle Anteilseigner waren ordnungsgemäß vertreten und die Versammlung war somit gesetzlich beschlussfähig.

Die Tagesordnung lautete wie folgt:

1.	Genehmigung der geschäftlichen Aktivitäten 2021
2.	Genehmigung des geprüften Jahresabschlusses 2021
3.	Beschluss über die Auszahlung von Dividenden an die Aktionäre für 2021
4.	Sonstiges

Zu Punkt 1 - Genehmigung der geschäftlichen Aktivitäten 2021

Der Tätigkeitsbericht der Nedlloyd Logistics GmbH i.L. für das Jahr 2021 wurde genehmigt. Der Hauptversammlung wurde ein Kurzbericht über alle Aktivitäten im Jahr 2021 gemäß Anlage vorgelegt.

Zu Punkt 2 - Genehmigung des Jahresabschlusses 2021

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung für 2021 wurde vorgelegt. Die Konten wurden genehmigt und akzeptiert.

Zu Punkt 3 - Beschluss über die Auszahlung von Dividenden an die Aktionäre für 2021

Es wurde beschlossen, für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 keine Dividenden an die Aktionäre auszuschütten, und es wurde dem Antrag der Geschäftsführung gefolgt, den Bilanzverlust in Höhe von 580,98 EUR auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

Zu Punkt 4 - Sonstiges

Der Liquidator wurde für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 entlastet.

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft zum 31. Dezember 2021 wurde am 09. September 2022 festgestellt.
