I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den einschlägigen Vorschriften des HGB unter Beachtung des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) sowie den Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt nach den Grundsätzen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Für die Aufstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren zugrunde gelegt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 410,00 wurden bis zum 31.12.2007 im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Für bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens, deren Herstellungs- bzw. Anschaffungskosten zwischen EUR 150,00 und EUR 1.000,00 betragen, wurde ab 01.01.2008 ein Sammelposten gebildet, der auf fünf Jahre abgeschrieben wird.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert und unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Das Gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 25.000,00) ist zum Bilanzstichtag zu Hälfte einbezahlt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert und sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 123.145,66 (Vorjahr: EUR 218.349,73) sowie aus Steuern in Höhe von EUR 1.412,67 (Vorjahr: EUR 8.472,19) enthalten.

IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Die Gesellschaft wird unter HR B 8075 beim Amtsgericht Königstein im Taunus geführt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des
Unternehmens von folgender Person geführt:
