Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der neusta inspire GmbH (Amtsgericht Bremen, HRB 33800) wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs (HGB) aufgestellt.

Nach den Größenmerkmalen gemäß 267 HGB gilt das Unternehmen als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den Erleichterungen nach §§ 274a und 288 HGB haben wir grundsätzlich Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Bewertung liegt die Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung ("going-concern") zugrunde.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen werden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten - vermindert um planmäßige und gegebenenfalls außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen - angesetzt. Die Zugänge werden nach der linearen Methode abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten von über EUR 250,00 bis EUR 1.000,00 werden in einen Sammelposten eingestellt, der über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren abgeschrieben wird. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 250,00 werden im Zugangsjahr vollständig abgeschrieben.

Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Bankguthaben werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Einzelrisiken werden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt.

Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgt in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen wurden - soweit erforderlich - bei der Ermittlung der Rückstellungen berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerke

Die Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen betreffen Leistungsverrechnungen sowie Darlehensforderungen in Höhe von TEUR 527.

Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern betreffen Leistungsverrechnungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen betreffen Leistungsverrechnungen, sie entfallen zudem in voller Höhe auf Gesellschafter.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Aus Mietverhältnissen ergeben sich finanzielle Verpflichtungen von jährlich TEUR 72 sowie aus Leasingverträgen in Höhe von TEUR 34.

Mitarbeiter

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte 2023 im Durchschnitt (§ 267 Absatz 5 HGB) 15,25 Mitarbeiter (Vorjahr: 14,25 Mitarbeiter).

Konzernabschluss

Die Gesellschaft wird als Tochterunternehmen in den Konzernabschluss der team neusta GmbH, Bremen, einbezogen. Der Konzernabschluss wird im elektronischen Unternehmensregister veröffentlicht.

Nachtragsbericht

Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung nach Ende des Geschäftsjahres, über die an dieser Stelle zu berichten wäre, haben sich nicht ereignet.
