Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der neusta mobile solutions GmbH (Amtsgericht Bremen, HRB 22019) wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs (HGB) für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Bewertung liegt die Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung ("going-concern") zugrunde.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen werden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten - vermindert um planmäßige und gegebenenfalls außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen - angesetzt. Die Zugänge werden nach der linearen Methode abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten von über EUR 250,00 bis EUR 1.000,00 werden in einen Sammelposten eingestellt, der über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren abgeschrieben wird. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 250,00 werden im Zugangsjahr vollständig abgeschrieben.

Das Finanzanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die unfertigen Leistungen werden mit ihren Herstellkosten bewertet.

Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Bankguthaben werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Einzelrisiken werden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerke

Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen enthalten sowohl Forderungen aus Lieferungs- und Leistungen als auch sonstige Forderungen.

Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter beinhaltet das Verrechnungskonto.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen betreffen Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern enthalten sowohl Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungs- und Leistungen als auch Verbindlichkeiten aus Darlehensinanspruchnahme.

Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten, mit Ausnahme eines unbefristeten Darlehens von TEUR 150, haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
4. Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse

Die Gesellschaft hat die Funktion der persönlich haftenden Gesellschafterin der ms Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, Bremen. Konkrete Anhaltspunkte für eine Haftungsinanspruchnahme aufgrund von Verbindlichkeiten dieser Kommanditgesellschaft sind bei der Jahresabschlussaufstellung nicht auszumachen. Eine Beteiligung am Vermögen der Kommanditgesellschaft besteht nicht.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Aus Leasinggeschäften hat die Gesellschaft jährliche finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Höhe von TEUR 125. Aus Mietverhältnissen ergeben sich finanzielle Verpflichtungen von jährlich TEUR 238.

Mitarbeiter

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte 2023 im Durchschnitt (§ 267 Absatz 5 HGB) 74 Mitarbeiter (Vorjahr: 76 Mitarbeiter).

Konzernabschluss

Die Gesellschaft wird als Tochterunternehmen in den Konzernabschluss der team neusta GmbH, Bremen einbezogen. Dieser Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten Kreis von Unternehmen wird beim Betreiber Unternehmensregisters offengelegt.

Nachtragsbericht

Weitere Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung nach Ende des Geschäftsjahres, über die an dieser Stelle zu berichten wäre, haben sich nicht ereignet.
