Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Siegen unter HRB 11424 eingetragen. Der Sitz der Gesellschaft befindet sich in Wilnsdorf.

Die GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Für die Aufstellung nimmt die Gesellschaft die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften, mit Ausnahme der Aufstellung eines Anlagengitters, in Anspruch.

II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
1. Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, und soweit abnutzbar, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Unter Zugrundelegung einer betriebs-gewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von 2 bis 11 Jahren sind die Abschreibungen nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethode vorgenommen worden. Geringwertige Anlagegüter werden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

2. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

3. Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und liquide Mittel sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen ist den Kredit-, Währungs- und Ausfallrisiken durch Bildung von Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen angemessen Rechnung getragen worden.

4. Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen Rechnung tragen.

5. Die Passivierung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Verbindlichkeiten
Es bestehen die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte aus der Lieferung von Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen sowie Waren.

2. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Aus Miet-, Pacht- und Leasingverträgen bestehen jährliche Verpflichtungen in Höhe von EUR 464.520,00.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 15 (Vorjahr: 16).
