Anhang

Allgemeine Hinweise
Vorliegender Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu den handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen wurden die Regelungen des GmbH Gesetzes beachtet.

Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen wurden bei der Aufstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses in Anspruch genommen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen zeitanteilig.
Für die Zugänge an materiellen Wirtschaftsgütern "Computerhardware" und an immateriellen Wirtschaftsgütern "Betriebs- und Anwendersoftware" wurde für die nach § 7 Absatz 1 EStG anzusetzende Nutzungsdauer eine betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer von einem Jahr zugrunde gelegt. Die Abschreibung wurde vollständig vorgenommen.

Auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet.

Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und flüssige Mittel wurden zu Nennwerten bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages nach § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB angesetzt. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen der Gesellschaft.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Bei den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen in Höhe von Euro 32.647,93 (Vj. Euro 13.857,20) beträgt die Restlaufzeit mehr als ein Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 211.871,60 Euro (Vj. 218.672,00 Euro). Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von Euro 52.971,50 (Vj. Euro 50.009,14).
