Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2020

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2020wurde unter Anwendung der aktuellen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 a HGB auf.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt nach dem Schema des § 266 Abs. 2 HGB

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgt entsprechend der Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung. Ein grundlegender Wechsel der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Die "going concern" Prämisse wird unterstellt.

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind - soweit handelsrechtlich zulässig - an den steuerlichen Bestimmungen orientiert.

Abnutzbare Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens, die einer selbständigen Nutzung fähig sind und deren Anschaffungskosten maximal EUR 800 betragen, werden im Zugangsjahr sofort abgeschrieben.

Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Wertpapiere des Umlaufvermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw.gemäß dem Imparitätsprinzip mit dem niedrigeren Kurswert angesetzt.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und die Kassenbestände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelt worden ist.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist dem als Anlage beigefügten Anlagenverzeichnis zu entnehmen.

Sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Laufzeit von unter 1 Jahr.

Die Forderungen gegen über Gesellschafter belaufen sich auf TEUR 8726 (V.J. TEUR 1.600).

Die Forderungen gegen über Beteiligungsgesellschaften belaufen sich im Geschäftsjahr auf TEUR 66 (V.J. TEUR 0)

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

D. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

E. Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft mit Sitz in Berlin ist unter der Nummer HRB 173462 beim Amtsgericht Berlin (Charlottenburg) eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft hatte acht Angestellte im Jahr 2019.
