I.Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Gemäß § 284 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 HGB werden die auf die Posten der Bilanz sowie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angegeben.
Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:
1. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer und entsprechend der steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EURO 410,00 wurden im Geschäftsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

2. Soweit in den Vorräten Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe und Waren enthalten sind, wurden diese mit den Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Dabei wurden die tatsächlichen Anschaffungskosten oder Durchschnittspreise berücksichtigt.

3. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Skontoverlust und Unverzinslichkeit der Forderungen wurden bei der Bemessung des Delkredererisikos berücksichtigt.

4. Für Rückstellungen wurden Erfahrungswerte oder tatsächliche Werte angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.

5. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind beibehalten worden. Abweichungen, die einen Einfluss auf die vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage gehabt hätten, lagen insoweit nicht vor.

II. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

1. Angaben zu Restlaufzeiten von Forderungen

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

2. Hinweise zu den sonstigen Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Hierzu zählen u. a. die Aufwendungen für nicht genommenen Urlaub und Tantiemen.

3. Angaben zu den Verbindlichkeiten

a) Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen
€ 98.015,70, von mehr als 1 Jahr 1.829.185,84.

b) Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren betragen
€ 0,00.

c) Die Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte und ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind,
betragen € 20.890,14. Bei den Sicherheiten handelt es sich vor allem um
Eigentumsvorbehalte.

. III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

1. Angaben über die Geschäftsführung

Die Gesellschaft wurde im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr von dem nachfolgend
aufgeführtem Geschäftsführer vertreten:

Mevlüt Özdemir, Kaufmann (01.01. bis 31.12.)

Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen
des § 181 BGB befreit.
