Allgemeine Angaben

Angaben nach § 264 Abs. 1a HGB:

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma nVista technologies GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die im Geschäftsjahr angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten von
250 Euro bis 800 Euro (jeweils zzgl. USt) wurden gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und bewertet.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Für Forderungen, deren Eingang zweifelhaft erschien, sind Wertberichtigungen in ausreichendem Umfange gebildet worden.
Die flüssigen Mittel wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tage darstellen, die Auflösung erfolgte linear entsprechend dem Zeitablauf.

Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Sie wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zumErfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Bilanz wurde unter Berücksichtigung der teilweisen Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt.
Die bisherigen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Wesentlichen beibehalten.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerk: Unter den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden Forderungen gegenüber Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, in Höhe von 27.311,10 Euro (VJ: 0,00 Euro) ausgewiesen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen 31.660,43 Euro (VJ: 0,00 Euro).

Der Bilanzgewinn per 31.12.2023 beträgt 562.559,57 Euro und enthält einen Gewinnvortrag
i.H.v. 452.668,67 Euro (VJ: 355.008,26Euro).

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer im Sinne des
§ 267 (5) HGB beträgt 11,00 (VJ: 11,75).
