I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS

Die Objectway Germany GmbH hat ihren Sitz in München und ist unter der Nummer HRB 269187 in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht München eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i. S. d. § 267 HGB i. V. m. § 267a Abs. 3 HGB.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung folgt dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

1. Finanzanlagen

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert ausgewiesen.

2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich mit ihren Nominalwerten aktiviert.

3. Liquide Mittel

Die liquiden Mittel werden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt.

4. Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften und sind jeweils in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags (d. h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt.

5. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

6. Latente Steuern

Für die Ermittlung latenter Steuern aufgrund von temporären oder quasi-permanenten Differenzen zwischen den handelsrechtlichen Wertansätzen von Vermögensgegenständen, Schulden und Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten und ihren steuerlichen Wertansätzen oder aufgrund steuerlicher Verlustvorträge werden die Beträge der sich ergebenden Steuerbe- und -entlastung mit den unternehmensindividuellen Steuersätzen im Zeitpunkt des Abbaus der Differenzen bewertet und nicht abgezinst.

III. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Sämtliche Forderungen und Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr, ebenso im Vorjahr.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten, gegliedert nach Restlaufzeiten, setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:

IV. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

1. Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr 2024 keine Mitarbeiter.

2. Mutterunternehmen

Den Konzernabschluss für den größten Kreis von Unternehmen, in den die Gesellschaft einbezogen ist, stellt die OBJECTWAY S.P.A., Mailand, Italien, auf. Dieser Konzernabschluss wird im italienischen Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht und ist erhältlich beim Registro delle imprese Milano Monza Brianza Lodi/Italien.
