Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss der Paavo Commerce GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Vorräte werden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellkosten zum Bilanzstichtag
angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Risiken sind durch angemessene Abwertung
berücksichtigt.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Vermögens-gegenstände sind unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Guthaben gegenüber Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt; sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Besonderheiten der Form des Jahresabschlusses

Einzelne Sachverhalte können im vorliegenden Gliederungsschema mehreren

Bilanzposten zugeordnet werden. Aus Gründen der Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit

wird dazu folgende Erklärung gegeben:
Der Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerk betrifft folgende Posten und Sachverhalte:

Verbindlichkeiten in der Bilanz mit € 24.829,37.

Darin enthalten:

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter in Höhe von € 23.598,00.

Das Verrechnungskonto gegenüber Gesellschafter wurde mit 1,5% p.a. verzinst.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane:

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch

folgende Personen geführt:

Der Geschäftsführer ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt.
