financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

1. Der Jahresabschluss der PAB GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

2. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

3. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

4. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

5. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Gesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

6. Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

7. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

8. Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres überein. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen.

Die einzelnen Posten wurden wie folgt bewertet:

ANLAGEVERMÖGEN

9. Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert

10. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

11. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

12. Die Anschaffungskosten beweglicher Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410,00 Euro wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

UMLAUFVERMÖGEN

13. Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

14. Das Guthaben bei dem Kreditinstitut ist zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

RÜCKSTELLUNGEN

15. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

VERBINDLICHKEITEN

16. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

17. Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 87.878,66 (Vorjahr: Euro 72.664,85).

18. Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 0,00).

Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten gemäß § 251 HGB

19. Neben den in der Bilanz aufgeführten Verbindlichkeiten sind keine weiteren Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB zu vermerken.
